It's not as cool as being held by Colin Powell, but Thomas pottied in the same place as Jimmy Carter.

To celebrate Mozambican Independence Day, Thomas's half-week off from school and to divert attention from the missing mommy, we took a trip to Swaziland for a couple of days to hang out on the farm and to go to a nature reserve to see hippos and crocodiles. Thomas and Charles had a great time. Charles chased chickens and turkeys, petted horses, cows and goats, and enjoyed lots of fresh milk. Thomas ran around and adopted a long bamboo pole as his "horse" and ran around riding it.
We went to the Mlilwane wildlife santuary. We had the coolest hippo sighting where there were four piled on a little island. We also had a crocodile that was much bigger than the picture suggests: huge with a giant, scary belly.
