Listen:
This is Charles singing "Joanne" by Michael Nesmith (The Monkee). His other favorites are Poker Face by Lady Gaga, Single Ladies by Beyoncé, Blistered by Johnny Cash and California Cotton Fields by Gram Parsons. Others he likes are Tie Me Kangaroo Down, Witch Doctor and a song he calls "The Mozambique Song."
Charles loves music and enjoys singing. While Thomas has a lock on musicals (Mary Poppins and Sound of Music), his passion is a bit different from Charles's. Charles will request songs that he likes on the car stereo and demands that they be played loud. He is good at figuring out lyrics to songs and surprises us when he sometimes comes out of nowhere singing lines from his favorite songs.
If you don't know this song, you should listen to the player below to truly appreciate Charles's rendition.
